We’d like to inform you about the understanding of the importance of discussed theme illustrated by the editor board of the Russian journal “Chemistry and Life”. The article “Science without denominations.” (the author, the journal editor, candidate of chemical sciences: V.Blagutina), devoted to this theme, was published at the 5-th number of the journal at the 2005 at the pp. 6-10. We very much appreciated (to all editor board staff of the journal) for this publication. We hope, that this theme will become the beginning of constructive and resulting discussion, concerned with the reforming of the present system of publication and estimation of scientific papers.
