Our correspondence.

At the page we will inform you the names of government and scientific organizations and well-known scientists, political and public figures (that are informed about our project) and their reactions, concerned with our project. We offered the cooperation (concerned with the introduction of our project ideas) to most of these organizations and private persons. Sometime we have sent our letters to some of these addresses 3 time (but not more) if we have not any answer during sometime. We did it, because our letters can be lost. We believe that all these addressees have received our letters. We dont comment this information. Everybody can do it by himself.

1) Alexander, thank you for you information. We will see your materials certainly and inform you if their publication will be possible. The theme is undoubtedly good. Editor-in-chief Lubov Strelnikova

2) I will make a material (devoted to the problem of the scientific publications) at the next journal number. I will send it you when it will be finished.

Chemistry department editor Veronica Blagutina

The paper devoted to the problems of scientific publications was published at the 5 number of the journal at the 2005. By means of the help of editors of the journal we have proposed to all people that took part in the article discussion (doctor Lisichkin G.V. and 2 unknown medicine doctors) come to our project site forum and to take part in the open public online discussion devoted to this theme. We have not received any answer yet.

Thank you for your email describing your project. We are very interested in the future of scientific publication, and hope to continue to cover it in our news section. However although your project is certainly intriguing, I'm not convinced that it is sufficiently developed for us to report on as a news story.

Best of luck with your work.

Jo Marchant.

We were abashed by such strange answer and we have sent 2 additional letter to the editors. We asked them to explain the meaning of the words I'm not convinced that it is sufficiently developed for us to report on as a news story.
